Martin Berdugo MB 2010
About the wine
Mad science is behind this wine, and the results are out of this world
- The grapes for MB are found in a pebbled stony section of the vineyard where the 20 year old vines struggle to survive. This constant struggle produces a superior fruit which in turn ensures that MB is an excellent wine.
- These special grapes are hand picked and placed in isothermic boxes where they are frozen with carbonic ice for three days. Then the fermentation takes place in French oak barrels where the wine stays for 24 months before being bottled. Finally the wine then spends at least two years resting in the cellar.
- MB should be served with a special meal and goes particularly well with roast lamb or beef. My pride and pleasure for you.
