I'm Franck Massard, a Naked Winemaker and trained sommelier. I started this group to assist some of you in finding your match.
Now concentrating on my own wines thus cannot be all the time available but I promise to try to respond within a reasonable time. Also I invite you all to give your opinion and respond to any comments.
Food & Wine matching is not a science thus sometimes it is more a question of personal taste than a perfect match voiced by a guru. Let's have fun and share experiences.
