Do I get Angel prices?

Yes, you'll get your Angel discount on all your subscription shipments.

When do I pay?

We’ll charge you for each case a couple of days before your delivery date and you’ll always get an email to remind you beforehand.

Will my gift bottle be included in my subscription cases?

If you’re ordering 12 bottles or more, we’ll be sure to include your Angel bottle too. As with normal 6-bottle orders, we can’t include your gift bottle - however if you’d like to add 5 more bottles to qualify for your gift, just reply to the email we send you before the wine ships and we’ll adjust your order.

Does it come out of my Angel balance?

You can pay for your subscription using your Angel balance. If your order costs any more than your balance, then any remaining money will be taken from your default payment method when the wine ships.

What if I don’t like the wines?

All of our subscription cases are covered by our hassle-free Hassle-free Guarantee. If there’s any wine you don’t love, just email chat@nakedwines.com, and we’ll add a credit to your account.

What if my wine rack is already full?

Our subscriptions are very flexible: you can delay, skip or cancel deliveries at any time. Just head to your My Subscriptions page online or on our app and update your settings.
