What is the app for?

The nakedwines.com mobile app is designed to help you get the most out of being an Angel.

You can read about all the wines in your recent orders, rate them and even add them to your basket for your next order.

You can also use the app to invite your friends to nakedwines.com with a deal.

Invites can be sent via e-mail, Facebook or Twitter.

You can also track recent orders and read posts from your winemakers and friends.

How do I see the wines from my recent orders?

Click the button on the home screen with the date of your most recent order. You can also view your purchase history for the last 10 orders.

Can I see details on a wine I haven't ordered before?

Yes, you can read about any wine we sell by typing the name into the Search page.

How do I place an order?

As you browse the app, you can add various wines to your basket.

We'll tell you when your basket has enough wine to check out (remember, you can order in 6, 9, 12 or 15 bottle quantities) — if you'd like, you can even check out directly from the nakedwines.com app!

Currently, the app only supports your default delivery address and payment method. If you'd like to use an alternate address or card, please order directly from the website.

How do I know I'm paying the right price?

The prices are decided by our customers (like YOU!) because it's your opinion we value the most.

In fact, we use your feedback to set the price of all of our wines. That way you decide if prices are fair, not us.

Our winemakers strive to make sure 9 out of 10 Angels love their wines, and we will review every wine's price based on that customer feedback. We want at least 9 out of 10 Angels to love the wine at that price.

How do I change my default delivery address?

Currently, the mobile app doesn't include functionality to change your address. To update your details, call or email us — or update your address from the My Account page on the website.

Where can I report bugs or suggest updates to the app?

Please e-mail app@nakedwines.com with any bugs you come across — and we'll do our best to squash them!
