Web Designer

Norwich / London

We’re looking for talented and hardworking web designers to join our UK and Global design teams which create templated digital assets, emails and web pages which drive conversion on key campaigns for new and existing customers.

Responsibilities
  • Work alongside our Sales and Marketing teams in Australia, UK and USA to design and build first class web pages with excellent user experiences
  • Create design and coded templates to build a library of consistently branded assets for the business to deploy in campaigns and test and improve in A/B tests
  • Help support our talented teams around the business to maintain the website and answer technical questions.
  • Communicate frequently with our inhouse teams to update them on the progress of their projects and to answer any questions they might have.
  • Ensure all creative output adheres to our design system
  • Collaborate with other designers to continuously improve workflows, critique each other’s work and identify opportunities to improve all areas of design at Naked
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years commercial experience as a web designer or similar.
  • A strong portfolio of web projects
  • Good knowledge of mobile-first and responsive development and modern styling techniques (CSS, Sass, design systems, Material Design etc)
  • Good knowledge of Figma (preferred), Sketch or Adobe XD.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Confident engaging with a range of internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work methodically
  • A genuine passion for web design, and the desire to learn and develop
Desirable
  • Experience working with Javascript (ie. jQuery/React/Vue)
  • Familiar with Git source control
  • An interest in new technologies & frameworks
  • Familiar with the principles of accessibility, UX design and human-centered design
