The valley’s ancient terroir is a Goldilocks zone of rich mountain soils, hot daytime sun, cool nights and refreshing coastal influences. Textbook for growing the finicky Pinot grape. No wonder they’re calling it ‘Chile’s Napa Valley’an winemaking.  

Paredones Pinot is rare to find in the UK. Even back home in Chile, Jorge is forced to sell his good stuff under the table in supper clubs, local wine societies, bars and restaurants
