"The winemaking philosophy at our winery is simple: ripe fruit, gentle handling and attention to detail. Winemaking is a fantastic career, and something I've wanted to do since visiting the famous Kanonkop Estate many years ago. Having seen the passion they put in to their work, I knew this was what I wanted to do. In can be a pretty intense industry at times, including 48 hours on the straight waiting to press wines. I love the freedom of being able to express yourself through making wine - as there are so many different styles that can be created."
