We consider ourselves to run a very green outfit – we're always striving for minimal intervention in the vineyard and optimum efficiency in the winery."

Initially, only tasted (a sip) of this but it had a lovely bouquet and the wine was fresh dry but with quite a lot of fruit. Drannk a couple of bottles later ... pretty good.

Nice once you got used to it but a little too acidic to be perfect. Can't compete with good ol' Dr Loosen, I fear.

So good to have a realtively low alcohol wine from Australia-I love the taste but Australian wines tend to be too strong. Lovely refreshing wine.
