Only one OZ sparkler on site ( thats disappointing enough) but adding insult to injury, it is out of stock. Oh well I am going to try Villebois Brut 2006 and Antoine Simoneau's Sparkling Brut Rose NV.

This was a lovely buy. Classic bubbly from OZ, with wonderfull nose of yeast and floral character. Dry and moorish. It is definitely better than many more expensive chnaps.

Dark straw with a tinge of pink. Floral and mineral notes on the nose. Dry with elderflower, pebbles and a hint of lemon. Good balance with a strong mid palate. Decent length. Very refreshing.

Although it is not the cheapest bubbly on the list, I would go for this any time. Lovely pink hue, loads of bubbles and absolutely delicious yeasty fruiry taste. Reminds me the cristmas BBQs on the beach in OZ at christmas morning.........
