A lovely blend that has fruit, smoothness and very rounded. A lovely smokey edge to it. Not to be missed.

Very smooth with lots of dark fruit/ berry undertone. Not too much tannin, which I prefer. Good long finish. Need to let it breathe for a few hours before drinking. Another winner from Patricio.

Meet the Winemaker

Patricio Gouguenheim

"Born in Argentina to French parents, my love of wine started at 7 when I was given a little bit of wine with every meal. After making a living in mergers and acquisitions it was in 2002, during a big economical crash in Argentina, that I decided to hang up my suit and tie and enter the wine market. When everyone else was leaving the wine industry I bought an old winery with lots of small tanks, ideal for the wine I was going to produce. We don't use any chemicals at all in the making of our wines - in fact, we are virtually organic in all but name. My daughters once told me 'you're made to start a winery!' but I love the fact I'm creating something that can be shared with others and I find it a great privilege to be filling the glasses of people I've never met..."
