Excellent Chardonnay. Very smooth and does not overpower the food. Not a fan of chardonnay and I loved it. Jamie Oliver had recommended it for Christmas Dinner and that is when we had it. Expensive but worth it.

I bought this wine for an unashemedly selfish occassion, the glass I had went perfectly with the salmon starter and I have a lovely lot left over for an indulgence on Friday for which I have no occassion for except there are days you want to relive but it is the start of my weekend.

Like the Shiraz, I bought this because of the label, but was not at all disappointed by the wine. The aroma was all Chardonnay, deep and rich, but the taste had another element, despite the high alcohol content it was not too cloying and drunk rather well. A wine that needs to be enjoyed with a meal.

Very pleasant and enjoyable, but at this price there are a lot of other wines I would buy before returning to this one.
