- Previous versions have won top medals in Aussie competitions, thanks to the rich, intensity of the Grenache/Syrah/Mourvedre grape mix, which hits the mouth with a whack of plum, mulberry and redcurrant all at the same time, backed up with a seductive spiciness on the finish.
- Needs a prime bit of beef to do it justice.
