Meet the winemaker - Sebastien Christophe
- We searched high and low for a Chablis producer we wanted to work with, but it ain't easy finding a winemaker who "gets" Angel funding in such a prestigious French region.
- Enter young Sebastien who can't wait to work with the Angels to make his wines that much better.
- If you like elegant Chardonnay, you have to love Sebastien's wines. But don't tell him I said that. He always says Chablis isn't just another Chardonnay!
