It was an ok chardonnay.maybe pairing with a signapore prawn curry was not ideal, but I had a couple of glasses beforehand. Certainly the usual buttery chardonnay taste with hints of oak, no unpleasant after taste. With cash back, price is just about right I would say

Blended from just two vineyards in the central valley, hence the D O status. It has good body and the acidity is slightly attenuated by oaking. I liked it but it has competition at around £7.50 a bottle.

There's not much I can say about this one. Not for me, I can't put my finger on why. It just lacked...something! Saying that, I did finish the bottle, but I wouldn't order again.
