About the wine
.
- It's bought from the Back Door of a cellar that produces some of Australia's best whites, but we're sworn to secrecy as to who it is, otherwise they wouldn't sell it to us (and you) at such a stupidly good price.
- But we can tell you that it packs a fruit punch of fresh apple, with peach and apricot bringing up the rear, that will make you scream with delight.
- It's a great all rounder. Top stuff on its own, just at home with a pint of prawns beside it and perfect with piece of honey roasted salmon.

Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Back Door Wines
- One of Napa's most decorated winemakers lowered his price dramatically for us, but hid his identity because his distributors can't find out.
- These are literally identical to the $35+ bottles sold at his winery except that the label keeps him anonymous.
- This is how cheap a premium wine can be when Angels replace the distribution, marketing and sales force.
