First had SBS (Sauvignon Blanc Semillon) in Margaret River, WA. This is a good example of the style and I will definitely but some more when it is back in stock.

I have just "addressed" the second half of a bottle of this fine wine, after it had spent the night with its screwcap on, in the fridge overnight. OK..., but before you chastise me for allowing this delightful and finely crafted, crisp wine access to a little oxygen...Wow! It really opened up, with a basket of fruit flavours only hinted at the night before. I really did get 2 bites at this luscious cherry.
Now the problem. Do I share this experience with my wife, recruiting another admirer and dividing the spoils, or hide the bottles and try hiding the bills?
A "high 5" from me.

Regrettably, I can only describe this as a 'nice' wine. It certainly doesn't offend and it slips down very easily. Perfect for a relaxing evening under the summers setting sky.
However, I can't give it any more than 3.5/5 as I don't feel that it justifies the £10.99 price tag. I had big hopes having read other reviews, but at this point I really can only call it 'nice', nothing more. May be I just got the food selection wrong. It would definitely go well with the (& I quote) "Winemaker tip...try with free range chicken breast on a white bean, fennel, chorizo sausage and tomato bed..."

Great wine!!! Had this chilling in the fridge and almost forgot it was there. Really enjoyed it with a nice piece of cod, cooked with chorizo and rich tomato sauce. For £10.99 it's not the cheapest, but it's worth it. Had a lot worse after spending more!!
