Antonio's Story

"It's great to have my wines for sale at Naked Wines. I love hearing your feedback and reviews.

I've worked for many years as a consultant to other winemakers, but my real passion is to create my own wines.

I'm a third generation winemaker and the profession is well and truly part of my DNA!

There are five key principles I like to follow when working in the vineyards:

  • Respect Nature
  • Respect the Terroir
  • Respect the identity of each wine region
  • Help local economy sustainability
  • And help promote Portuguese wines abroad (which I'm doing with Naked!)

And this is the advice I pass on to all other producers I'm working with.

Excellent and if one goes head to head with the non reserva it is worth paying that little bit more. Bags of fruit and well balanced. Adefinate re-order.
