Excellent... soft and fruity without being overbearing. Enjoyed with a steak, but would have been great on it's own.

Opened this earlier and wanted to post my thoughts but the damned system wouldn't let me. So another day - not an obvious match with my bacon and eggs (I'm not drinking at breakfast, just have odd evening habits) but the open bottle beckoned me back. Stunningly good, rich colour, promising lots with a complex nose of smoky spice and toffee and a curranty fruit, and does not disappoint at the business end - I seem to have a mouthful of coffee too. So much guts, it could be as good if not better in a couple more years. It gets this top rating for value.
