Today I get up in Düsseldorf....yesterday we had a very nice tasting of our wines....at the end we finish with a beer (only for mouth cleanning) and we continue with "knuckle of pork with sauerkraut and potatoes" and paring with Hacienda don Hernan 2008 was fantastic. Close to cristhmas we finish with a apple pie. Fantastic dinner with our german friends.

Yesterday was the firs under cero morning of this winter.....cold it is no bad, but we need water. In distric we grow our vineyards ther are not possibility of irrigation because we can´t store water in reservoirs. We have only one option: wait for a rain and snow winter. We continue looking into the sky and I will inform you....
