4 Stars - My favourite was their unoaked Chardonnay but unfortunately it is never in stock :-(

The Shiraz is big bold and lovely but you need to let it breathe and settle. Full bodied with strong woody and fruity notes. Perfect to accompany a heavy meal as second wine. But a bit pricey and bargains are rarely available :-(

5 Star.
A great wine with touch of cherry and almond notes. Enjoy after letting it breathe a bit to remove some heavy oaky flavours. Full bodied and robust.

Ch Lideyre Cuvee Alice Cotes de Castillon 2000
The second bottle was much better. May be it was the decanting which did the trick (or the earlier wines).
Increasing to 4.0 star.

A really lovely prosecco with bursting aromas. However it was bit sweet even though it says extra dry. A great wine to start a summer evening. Enjoy on it's own or with light snacks.
