I am getting quite excited. This week myself, Frankie and Kevin are being given the opportunity to go and see two of the newest wine makers on Naked Wines, Benjamin Darnault and Ryan and Joe O'Connell. As I have advanced orders in for both of their wines I will be particularly interested to see what is in store for me.
They have a minor hill to climb as I am a terrible sucker for the "fruitbomb" wine, typical of the new world. I am a wine drinker, rather than a wine expert and I love a bargain. I purchased these guys for two different reasons:

2) I liked Joe's approach of, I drink wine, therefore if I make it I can drink better wine at lower cost (my kind of guy!) http://www.nakedwines.com/winemakers/ryan-and-joe-oconnell.htm. By the way, he still has a handful of his advance order available, when it's gone it's gone!
I'll take a camera and if possible some video of the exeperience and share it with you. If there are any particular questions you would like me to ask, let me know before I go. (Although that is the beaty of Naked Wines, if you have a question you can ask the producer your self!!)
