Well I have received my advance order and now I am wishing I had ordered two. One to lay down and one to drink now.
How long do you think the wines should be stored? A few years or as long as it takes to remove the cork?

A very smooth drinkable wine. I liked this, my girlfriend loved it. Not sure I found it interesting enough to buy a case but happy to find it in a mixed case.
