Anyone been coooking up and Jamie recipes recently? Made his chicken tikka masala at the weekend... very tasty but too mild. Would definitely throw in a few more chilles next time round! Seemed to go down well though.... and opened a bottle of Heidi's spice-friendly Sauvingon Blanc to go with it (a nice alternative to Cobra!)
