It's OK. Quite fruity but not as smooth as I have become accustomed to. Thought it a bit pricey for what i is.

Today we“ve been tasting the wines of the vintage 2010 that have been almost 12 months in oak. That“s very useful to choose the barrels for the next year: what are the best cooperages and what kinds of toasting fit better with our wines. You can see a picture in our facebook.

Burgo Viejo Crianza 2007 has been review by Decanter as one of the best Rioja of that vintage. Our wine has been reviewed as "HIGHLY RECOMMENDED" with 4 stars and as one ofe the best values under 13 pounds. You can see the review in March 2012 issue of the magazine (pages 101-102).
