A group for all who live in Yorkshire/Lancashire and further North. We can meet up to taste wine and enjoy each others company. BBQs at mine always involve lots of wine! I will be aiming to hold tastings around the area as often as demand dictates!

My beloved bought me an interesting little Red from our local supermarket. one of those 1/2 price special offers no doubt - ran out of my xmas stock & waiting for a new order from Naked. To be honest it is something you would take to a house party where there were about 2000 guests and no one would remember it wass you but I love her to bits for thinking of me after all these years. Unfortunately i cannot return the favour as she cannot stand wine!

Am new to naked, love reds especially Shiraz, love real corks and serving the right wine with food (from a taste perspective)
Currently looking for a new oil barrel to replace my battered BBQ, help and advice from those more experienced in wines and am based in Newcastle. Oh my the way, is there a reason there are more members in the northern group that the other regional groups here???
