What's this about?

The fastest way for us to help you find the wines you'll love (and avoid the wines you won't ) is for you to spend 30 seconds to tell us about your wine tastes. We use these answers, together with your wine ratings to build a detailed profile of your personal tastes. We match your taste profile to our wines taste profile to find the wines that match. Even if it's a grape you don't know, from a place you don't know, made by a person you have never heard of. For example, if you tell us that you like Rioja, we have an Argentinean Malbec that you will adore. And a Spanish Grenache that will blow your socks off.

Red wine preferences

Do you like? Rating (rollover the stars to rate)
Big, full bodied red wines? The kind of wine that goes with a rich meaty stew? E.g. Aussie Shiraz.
Elegant restrained reds...e.g. Bordeaux and Burgundy.
Rioja? Warm, oaky mellow wines, great for sharing around a roaring fire?
Soft, fruity, juicy easy drinking reds. e.g. Chilean Merlot, or a Cote du Rhone?

White wine preferences

Can I just say how much I am enjoying the wines from Naked Wines, they are very good. Your staff are fantastic and customer care is second to none, the packaging that the bottles arrive in is excellent as well and am very pleased with the service so far from your company.

I have enjoyed trying the auction wines and they are simply great, I am also looking at other wines to add to my collection to try out now and thank you for bringing this wonderful website to us. It is so easy to use.

Dear Rowan,

I ordered a case of wine on Friday, but bearing in mind the awful weather we have been having, quite understood that the delivery may not be as prompt as you might have liked it to be. We had a ring on the doorbell just now and there was the wine! I am very, very imrpessed and just wanted to say thank you for such a prompt delivery. I feel that this goes over and above the call of duty and I cannot thank you enough for your service.

hi rowan, I loved your wine and the staff I have spoken to on the phone and the speedy service. unfortunately, several of the bottles were marked when they arrived with me although having emailed your staff, I have been assured by a lovely lady that this is not usual and she has persuaded me to try you again in the future and continue being an 'angel'. your staff are a huge asset and it's brilliant to be able to speak to someone so easily and not having to dial an 0845 number!! as long as the presentation is up to scratch next time, I won't hesitate to reccomend you!
