  • Like Sauvignon Blanc? Then we guarantee you'll love this. Made using grapes grown high up in the Languedoc hills, this wine is both intensely fruity and refreshingly crisp.
  • 'Pic-de-What?' you say... Yes, it's got a funny name. And yes, it comes in a funny looking bottle. But that's exactly why it doesn't cost an awful lot more.
  • Having just won Silver, this little-known wine won't be little-known forever. So you really should get in now before everyone else does.

  • Fresher than a teenager with their first crush, this little beaut of a Sav Blanc takes crispness to a new level with its utterly captivating gooseberry notes and zingy, tingly finish.Pure lush.
  • Juan the winemaker doesn't believe in wasting money on pointless marketing nonsense. Neither do we, so its a match made in heaven that results in a ridiculously good value white.
  • Youth may be wasted on the young, but not on Sauvignon Blanc. The only way to drink this variety when it's from the New World is straight off the boat and straight into the glass.

  • Because Carlos works as consultant winemaker for several leading wineries, he has the pick of amazing grapes from all over Spain. And of course, he only picks the best! Which is why this cheeky little red is on our list.
  • Young, fruity and fresh, this tastes, literally, like a bowl of strawberries and cream. It is the veritable Little Black Dress of wine. Any place, any time, any occasion.
  • At this price you can afford to drink Morum every day. So you might as well start now!

D'Aquino Shiraz 2009

by Thomas Hordern

Price£8.49

Angel Price £6.25

  • This is made by a lovely guy called Rex, whose family have been handling grapes for over three generations in Orange, New South Wales. You won't find many bottles with as much experience, understanding, love and attention crammed in them than this.
  • It's genuinely a wonder how he's managed to cram so much spicy, peppery, juicy plum flavours into the one bottle.
  • It loves, Pizza, craves a leg of lamb, but is fundamentally screaming out for a big juicy steak.

Arabella Chenin Blanc 2011

by Stephen de Wet

86% of 21510 would buy again

Price£7.99

Angel Price £5.99

  • Winemaker Stephen de Wet describes his Chenin as rich and racy, and we'd have to agree! Add a bagful of crisp apple flavours and a wisp of creaminess and its a sure fire winner.
  • A multiple-award winning wine in South Africa, we're chuffed to add this to Stephen's Naked range and we're confident you won't find a Chenin of this quality for less anywhere else.
  • It doesn't take a brain-surgeon to work out that if nearly 19,000 people said they'd buy it again then its something good going for it. Something very good!

Kimbao Cabernet Sauvignon Carmenere 2010

by Constanza Schwaderer and Felipe Garcia

Price£8.99

Angel Price £6.49

  • Thanks to two of Chile's finest winemakers combining two of the country's most popular red grape varieties, Cabernet and Carmenere, this little beauty is for those that like the blockbuster style.
  • It's packed with big, bold blackcurrant fruit that hits the mouth like a fruit bomb. Underneath it has a little bit of sweet dark chocolate that gives it a delicious, mouthwatering smoothness. It's like turbo Ribena for grown ups.
  • More than 91% of naked angels said they'd buy it again - so it's not just us that think it's damn good stuff to stick in your glass.

Il Barone Pinot Grigio 2010

by Alessandro Botter

Price£6.99

Angel Price £5.25

  • Pinot Grigio can be such a let down when in the wrong hands. Which is why it was so important for us to find someone who knew what they were doing - step forward Alessandro, our PG hero.
  • He's worked super hard on the blend, which means lots of those crisp clean apple and pear notes that are classic PG - but with a lovely soft bite to it that means it's almost TOO drinkable!
  • Whilst it's cracking on its own, don't be afraid to use it with food. It goes wonderfully with Jamie's classic fish pie recipe and is a no brainer with any kind of fishcake.

  • In the film 'Sideways', Merlot gets a bad rap. This cheeky 'ickle number should pretty much prove any sceptic (US citizens included) of the folly that such idle talk can be. This is a bundle of ripe, cherry and redcurrant joy.
  • Angel sponsored, it's cracking value. You may think we've gone mad, but trust us, we haven't. We're teetering on the edge mind you...
  • When you pop the cork on this, you need to make sure you are accidentally in the vicinity of a humongous leg of slow roasted lamb, preferably with a roast potato or ten.

  • If you don't know Montepulciano, it is Italy's answer to new world wines...big, oaky and rich, with that magic Italian food friendly 'thang' going on. It's to Chianti what Martin Johnson is to Julian Clary.
  • As Daniela, one of our Angels described it "Pure velvet...delicious".Don't just take her word for it, it took a BRONZE MEDALin the prestigious IWSC too and 91% of Naked customers would happily buy it again!
  • It screams out for pasta covered in a rich, meaty sauce - good old Bolognese or meatballs. Failing that, then a big fat juicy steak will do!
